Interested to buy a freehold for your property?
Do you know that if you own a leasehold flat or a leasehold house, you can actually Purchase the freehold if you qualify? I am lucky to get a freehold myself but most of my friends' properties are leasehold. Freehold properties are getting lesser and lesser nowadays especially in the city. So what do we need to do in order to purchase the freehold?
