Apricot Bao Mushroom (杏鲍菇)

Apricot Bao Mushroom(杏鲍菇)? The names sounds weird right? After i tried these chinese words in Babel Fish (the translator), I know where they got the name from. These names are translated word by word from Chinese to English, that is why it sounds weird.

you can get this at all hypermarkets,
RM 3+ per packet.

normally there's 2 in one packet.
before you cook, soak it in the water
for a few minutes.

cut it into small pieces.

There are many ways of eating this. You can either stir fry it with vege, or you can just add it in when you have you meehun/mee soup. How it taste? It's sweet, soft and i heard it's very nutritious too. Try it out yourself!

stir fry with 'siu bak choy'. Yummy!
