After checking in to our hotel, The Manhattan Hotel, we decided to go find food before we go to the Suam Luam night market. Must eat only got energy to walk mar, right? It was about 7pm (bangkok time, malaysia time 8pm) . We decided to have our dinner at a hawker stall nearby (we tried this stall before on our last trip, they have this amazing beef balls!). This stall is about 7 minutes walk from our hotel, it is located opposite The Westin Hotel.
not sure what is the name of the stall, but there's
chinese words telling us that they are selling
pork/beef/fish balls.
Not only locals there, a lot of foreigners there too.
on each table, you will see this.
a glass of chili powder, a glass of chili sauce,
a glass of white sugar and a bottle of..
i dono wat's that, looks like oil to me. hehe...
Finally! our dinner is served!
wow, a lot of balls..9 of them!!
it looks just like our fish ball meehun soup right?
before eating it, let me add a teaspoon
of chili powder and a teaspoon of chili sauce.
I'll skip the white sugar and oil. hehe..
white sugar in meehun soup? hmm, not sure how it taste,
but i see locals all add sugar one.

The meehun soup taste just like the maggie meehun, nothing special. But the pork balls and fish balls, damn nice! Too bad they never gave us any beef balls... It is really really nice! How much per bowl? 30 bath per bowl which is equivalent to RM 3 per bowl. Damn cheap right? 9 pork and fish balls for RM 3, where can you find that in malaysia?
