Petola(Luffa) With Carrot And Egg

Ingredients: Onion/Garlic, 1 Petola, 1 Carrot, 1 Egg, Corn Flour, Water

Petola (Luffa)

Cut cut cut..

Carrot

Egg, slightly beaten.

saute onion or garlic with oil.
add in a little bit of soy sauce.

pour in the carrot.
saute for a minute or two.

pour in the petola.
saute for 2 minutes.

add in some oyster sauce & water.
let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

pour in the egg.
saute..

add in the corn flour mixture
(1 teaspoon of corn flour + water)
saute..

ready to be served!
