Let's have a cup of Chrysanthemum tea (菊花茶)
We probably will start with a little bit of flu, then sore throat, then fever, then serious flu and etc. So in order to prevent this to happen, boil some Chrysanthemum tea at home and drink as often as you can. It can prevent you to get sore throat, to get heaty, to get ulcers..
simply wash it with water b4 we boil it.
this is very useful.
i bought this at giant, RM2++
what's this for?
put the Chrysanthemum into the bag.
with this, we don't need to use sieve
to separate the chrysanthemum when it's ready
to drink. nice rite?
when the water boils, put in the bag.
let it boil for 15 minutes..
add in rock sugar
boil for another 5 - 10 minutes.
there u go,
a cup of Chrysanthemum tea (菊花茶)

Spinach (Bayam) with Gei Ji and Dong Guai
Spinach's stem
I prefer to separate the leaves and the stem
because unlike the leaves,
the stem needs longer time to cook.

Gei Ji

before we start cooking,
pour a glass of water into a pot, boiled it for
10 minutes together with gei ji and dong guai.
heat up the oil and saute garlic
when the garlic turned brownish,
add a little bit of soy sauce.
add in the stems.
stir fry for a little while..
add in a bit of oyster sauce.
add in the leaves, fry fry fry..
pour the boiled gei ji and dong guai from the
pot into the wok. stir fry for a while..
there you go..
spinach is full of vitamins and minerals and it's
not an expensive vegetable too.

Attention to all watch collectors!
How many watch you have? For most of the people, probably only 1 or 2. Guess how many she have? More than 30!! Most of the watches are expensive, high quality watches. When she showed me her latest collection, the glashutte watch, I was attracted to it the minute I saw the watch. This German watchmaker has produced fine timepieces since 1845 and they are really good at it. The design of the watch is very unique, with a complicated and luxury look.
According to my friend, besides the glashutte watch she has, she also planned to get the other one, the Lady Karree Watches. The Lady Karree Watches is a rectangular, either in steel or 18K rose gold. It is being refined by hand through the care and skill of the Saxon watchmaking tradition. It looks really elegant and nice.
Are you into watches too? If you likes to collect watches, be sure you check out the glashutte watch. You will definitely love it!

Leg cramps? What to do?
I once heard from dono who, says when leg cramps, instead of lying down, quickly stand up and straightened your leg and it will go away quickly. I tried and it works. I google a bit and found out there's actually other ways to get rid of the leg cramps, besides straightening your leg, you can also try to walk on the affected leg, take a hot bath (by the time u take bath i think the cramp already go away lar. hehe..), massaging the affected muscle and etc.
and how to prevent it? Drink plenty of water during the day, stretch your leg muscles before bedtime and get adequate potassium in your diet. So try these when you have night leg cramps next time.
