I didn't know we can add the Gourmet Cooking Shao Shing Hua Tiao Chiew when we steam fish until I saw FL's mum using it when she steam fish. Guess what, it taste great too. I decided to try it myself... So here's what we need..
and Sesame Oil
when the garlic turned brown..
place the rest of the ginger
on top of the fish.
a tablespoon of the
Gourmet Cooking Shao Shing Hua Tiao Chiew.
The Shao Shing Hua Tiao Chiew helps to reduce the fishy smell. The steam fish definitely taste better when there's no fishy smell. Try it out, you will like it too.
