I love pork chop especially the pork chop with red sauce What's red sauce? Tomato sauce la. hehe.. I still remembered the first time i ate the pork chop rice with red sauce at Kim Gary, I totally fell for it! But i don't know why now they stop serving that dish, tried a lot in other Hong Kong style restaurant, none of it can compare the one i tried at Kim Gary. Therefore I decided to try it out myself, no recipe how to cook ar? haha, dono leh, experiment time!!
bought these pork chop from carrefour, RM 4++
Marinate the pork chop with a little bit
of sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper.
marinate for at least an hour.
mix bread crumbs with fried chicken flour.
coat the pork chop with the bread crumbs
and fried chicken flour.
fry it!
after fried.
looks nice right?
i cut the pork chop into
smaller pieces, easier to eat mar.. hehe..
ok, let's prepare the sauce.
stir fry onion.
actually one medium size onion should be enough,
but i love onions, therefore i used 2.
stir fry for a minute, add in a little bit of sugar.
pour in the tomato.
try to press press the tomato
a bit. stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
when the tomato are soft,
pour in some tomato sauce and a little bit of water.
then add a teaspoon of vinegar.
and we're done!
haha, too much onion covered up
all the pork chop. but it's nice..
try it out urself!
