I am having headache again. ~sigh, i hate headache, i can't sleep with headache, can't work with headache. I know taking panadol/pain killers are not good, but when I'm having headache, i got no other option but to take these pills.
Some ppl told me drink hot 100 plus + salt can cure headache. Anybody tried that? Seriously i have never tried that before. I do hope to find some remedies for headache so that i won't need to take pain killers again when having headache.

How about listen to music?? eg: sentimental music. To relax your mind..
